PANCHA KOSHA RETREAT April 1 – 21 (2024)

In life, you meet many people but you will not soon meet your own Self. Very rarely someone gets to know his own Pancha Koshas, the 5 layers of our existence: body, breath, mind, wisdom and soul.

“What is you” is always pure, blissful and strong. When you meet you, you will understand “what is not you”. This clarity is the key towards individual evolution, efficiency in day to day life and dissolvement of health issues.
By having a methodology which makes you to meet your true self and harmonize the 5 levels sheats of your Self-expression (Pancha Kosha), you will develop into a strong human being who is not affected by anything from the outside.

In this retreat, under the guidance of Master ViGo, Vijay Gopala, you will be detoxified and rejuvenated through the flow of the pure source coming from within you.

The green surroundings of nature in our Retreat Center in South India give the opportunity to come to a calm and relaxed state.

For all the options the start is on the 1st day of the retreat (September 1st).

During the retreat there are different types of accommodation possible: dormitory, triple or double shared room or single room accommodation, all in the Yoga Gita center in Srirangapatna, about 15 km from Mysore in the South of India.
